ADMISSIONS PROCEDURES
Students wishing to enroll at DEHART TECHNICAL SCHOOL must first attend an interview with the school’s Admissions Representative and then participate in a tour of the facilities. Individual career goals and training needs are discussed. Students who show an interest in the school will complete a subsequent financial discussion (via phone, email or in-person).
After goals and finances have been assessed and it is determined by the Admissions Representative that the student is a viable candidate for enrollment, the student will select the desired program, start date and time that is convenient for the student.
The student will then review the school’s enrollment agreement and attachments with the school’s Admissions Representative and sign, initial and date the enrollment agreement where required. A copy of all enrollment documents will then be given to the student.
After the completion of signing, DeHart Technical School provides a mandatory New Student Orientation prior to the first day of classes to ensure questions are answered completely, the student’s biometrics are entered into the system and the student has been reminded of institutional expectations.
